This is a Flashback to an Instagram post from 251 weeks ago. 251 weeks?!! Why the sh1t would Instagram label it as 251 weeks ago – seems like it would be a lot more useful to label it as being from a specific date. 251 weeks ago was early October 2017 for those of us who don’t measure our lives in weeks only.
Anyways, Lewis Road Creamery has put out a new Banana milk and I thought I would update my old post so that I can compare if and when I review the new one. Enjoy!
” I have been looking forward to this one. Lewis Road Creamery – Fresh Banana Milk. Actually, now that I write the full name of the product out, I can see something strange.
At first I thought that this was banana flavored milk, but before I drank it I examined the ingredients and Lewis Road Creamery has used only fair trade banana puree and banana juice from All Good Organics. I would love to get my hands on a glass of banana juice to try, but now I am digressing even further. Anyways that makes this more of a banana and milk rather than banana flavored milk.
But look at that name again, Banana Milk. Milk of a banana? Do bananas have milk? And how does one milk a banana? What does that process look like? Just going to leave that visual with you readers and move on.
Whatever banana milk is, this was a godsend. After all the fake chemically tasting shit I have been eating recently, this was fresh and natural tasting, just sweet enough. It literally tastes of milk with banana in it. I like milk and I like bananas, so this was delicious.
Milked the banana over this one – 9/10″
Hopefully the new Banana milk will be as good as the offering from 2017.
