It would seem that I have completely finished stripping all of the trees and eating all of the feijoas in my neighborhood. But I don’t feel like I am quite satisfied yet – I really feel like I need some more of that good feijoa feeling.
Luckily, tucked away, right at the very back of the sh1tvault I have a packet of these little green nuggets that have been sitting there for a long time – waiting for an emergency such as this.
Folks I would like to introduce none other than Dr. Bugs Feijoa Cider popcorn.

Honestly one of the reasons that I took so long to review after hearing about this product, is the mind blowing amount of flavours that all sound so unique. Even more unique that they have been paired with popcorn.
I don’t even know what type of PHD Dr Bugs holds, but they sure have an incredible array of flavour ideas. Even if you don’t want to try anything, I highly recommend going to their website and taking a look at the stunning array of products they have come up with.
The first thing I noticed when I tipped a few of these out into my hand was how good they look, quite a handsome snack.
And after putting one of these in my mouth I can assure you they taste as good as they look. As soon as I brought my jaw together I was reminded of the feeling of crunching down on a hard boiled lolly – except it was all light and airy like popcorn inside. Seriously popcorn has a great mouth feel, but this sh1t is on a whole differently level.
It is very sweet, but it definitely has a fantastically appealing feijoa flavour with just a hint of tart effervescence that conjures imaginings of a cider.
Sh1t this is so good it has invoked a poetic quality in my words as I write this – I am going to stop right here and go bliss out to the rest of this bag.
