A lot more Netflix going on around here, so I figured I should try one of these because it has been designed specifically to eat while watching Netflix.
Yup, I am not sure how much of this is just gimmicky marketing and how much is actual Netflix collaboration, but it actually says ‘A Netflix original flavour’ right there on the packaging in the official Netflix branded font and everything.
It wasn’t just the resounding endorsement of Netflix who, of course, would never put their name on anything sh1tty, that convinced me to buy this product. Check out that flavour combination:
‘Peanut Butter Ice Cream with Sweet and Salty Pretzel Swirls & Fudge Brownies’.
Sh1t that sounds good. And the name of this flavour contains no less than 76 characters meaning that getting to the maximum character limit in this caption will be a breeze. I’ll say it again if I need to pad this out any more.
It was as good as it sounds, a complex amalgamation of textures and flavours both sweet and salty and very rich. I was easily able to taste all of the claimed components, peanut butter, pretzel and fudge in most of the spoonfuls, very well distributed.
4 servings per package? You had better serve in a small bowl and put the rest of it in a freezer far away, like in someone else’s house if you want to eat this responsibly.
I didn’t actually eat this whilst watching Netflix, I devoured this entire, what the hell is this thing? A pottle? A quart? A bucket? while watching “The World According to Jeff Goldblum” episode 102 on Disney+ because I was out of Jeff Goldblum movies on Netflix. That Ben & Jerry, they really seem to get around, by the way.
